Coachwares Support Team will setup your new Zoho One CRM Account. This includes creating your CRM database, email system (using your domain if you have one), meetings (like Zoom), bookings (like Calendly), support ticket system (great to manage client communications), Vault (sensitive data storage), forms (like contact us page on website) and Social (automatically post to your social media platforms). Basically any of the “Apps” within the Zoho One CRM Toolset.
What is not included in this initial setup is Websites, Campaigns, Books, Flows, SMS (texting), etc. These systems will be quoted based on what the client needs & wants. All of these services are complex and the cost of setup will depend on the level of complexity the client needs & wants. Additionally some of these systems may require additional items (Zoho Apps) at additional cost, i.e. SMS Texting.
