Store Vendor FAQs

Customers may pay with any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. 

All transactions are processed via’s Stripe Account.  Thereby, vendors do not need a merchant account to sell on the platform.

All vendors are required to have an active PayPal account. For security reasons, will never store any credit card or bank account information on the website.

A PayPal account IS REQUIRED in order to request periodic payment withdrawals from the marketplace for vendor products and/or services sold on the marketplace.

Once the minimum payment threshold ($50 USD) is reached, a vendor may request a payment withdrawal from the Coachwares marketplace which will be processed to their PayPal account.  This is done from the vendor’s store admin panel.

Funds for every sale are held for 7 days before being added to the withdrawal threshold in order to accommodate’s return/refund policy. currently does not collect sales tax.

We are reviewing what is required to be compliant with this new request as it varies from state to state. will issue a statement to all vendors regarding any necessary changes that may be required, including fee assessments, once the review has been completed.

Yes they do.  A customer can setup an account at the time of the 1st purchase. There is no cost for a customer to setup an account.

The customer’s account maintains a record of all the products and/or services that are purchased.  It also permits easy access to downloadable or membership products/services.

Should they need to return or request a refund, the admin staff needs to have the product/service record available.

All reviews can only be done by actual patrons using the product or service. 

They must also be logged in to create a review.  However for privacy, only the first name of the person will be shown on the review.

We want for every vendor to have legitimate reviews for their products/services.

A customer may request a refund within 10 days of the initial purchase. 

Unless vendor defines their own rules, all refund requests will be processed as defined in the Terms & Conditions. All refund requests must be initiated through the store vendor.  Direct refund requests to the Coachwares admin team will not be processed. does not store, handle or ship physical products, that is the sole responsibility of the vendor. 

For physical products that are shipped out to a customer, the return process is the vendor’s own Policy.  The vendor MUST DEFINE their Return Policy in the SETTINGS->RMA tab on the Vendor Dashboard.’s returns/refunds policy is integrated with the terms & conditions policy that is available for review by a link at the bottom of the page.  A vendor’s policy may be specific to the products or services that they offer; but can not violate any of the terms of the terms & conditions policy.

All Physical products sold on must be shipped out by the vendor.  Any tracking information requested by the customer must be provided by the vendor.

A vendor may add the shipping cost to the overall purchase price of the physical item.

As with all orders, the vendor will receive an email from after the sale has posted with all of the pertinent customer information. has a content delivery network so that digital files can directly be downloaded by the customer.

As far as memberships or subscriptions to external websites; a customer’s purchase information will be sent to the email address on-file for the vendor.

It is the Vendor’s responsibility to add the customer to the website’s approved access database and provide the customer the appropriate login credentials.

Future revisions to the marketplace may include functionality to automate this process, but that functionality is not available at this time.

Any product and/or service that directly relates to the Personal Development Industry (i.e. coaching, mentoring, training, etc.)

That may include but not limited to:

  • Consultations (Memberships & Hourly)
  • Masterminds (Memberships & Hourly)
  • Digital Courses (Online Membership Portal & Digital Downloads)
  • eBooks & Physical Books
  • Training Seminars
  • Audio & Video Training (Digital Download & Physical Products)
  • Teaching Aides
  • Software (requires approval from admin staff)
  • gifts and promotional items (stress balls, clothing, unique items)
  • Health and Wellness products*
  • CBD*
  • etc.

Items with an asterisk required prior approval from Coachwares Product Team before items can be sold. 

These are the only items that will be permitted to be sold as eaten or inhaled products.  No product may be sold that is injectable! reserves the right to change or alter this list of items that are not permitted on the marketplace at anytime without prior notice.

Items not permitted are, but not limited too, any Product or Service:

  • Relating to marijuana or other illegal substances
  • Anything that requires a Professional or Government License to be sold
  • Nothing that can and/or must be eaten, injected or inhaled
  • No pornographic materials of any sort
  • etc.

Please refer to the terms and conditions policy for how will enforce and mitigate unacceptable items being sold on the platform. 

It is the vendor’s responsibility to understand and accept the terms and conditions to sell on the platform.
