Vendor Registration Form Tips:

• Please complete all form fields on this page.  Red asterisk fields are required.
• Username – This field is unique to you to login to your store. Min 6 characters
• Store Name – This is the name of your store on the platform.
  • No Spaces in name permitted. Dashes & underscores are OK.
  • System will check to see if duplicate exists. If you see a Green Bar to the left, that name is available.
• For questions, click on the Circle with ? mark inside for the help popup.
• Click on the “Register” button to be taken to the payment page.
  • Note if you have a promotional coupon, please apply the coupon prior to checking out on the next page.
• All vendors are required to complete a survey and have an interview with a team member prior to their account being activated.
  • This is an elite marketplace for coaches and clients.  We maintain high standards for all products & services offered.
  • Once registered, you will receive an email with links to the survey and to schedule your interview (15 mins).
  • If after your interview, you or our team believes Coachwares is not a “Good Fit” for you… a team member will
